At Pivot Implants, we value the time and commitment of every dental professional who registers for our implantology courses, workshops, or hands-on training sessions. To maintain the highest standards of planning and logistics, the following cancellation and refund policies shall apply:

1. Course Registration & Payment

• Participation in any of our courses or workshops is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee.
• Fees once paid are considered as confirmation for reserving the training slot, faculty, consumables, and other learning resources.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellation 15 days or more before the course date: 80% of the fee will be refunded. 20% will be deducted as administrative and processing charges.
• Cancellation between 7–14 days of the course date: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the course date or no-show: No refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Option

In genuine cases (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions), participants may request a one-time rescheduling to a future batch (within 90 days), subject to seat availability. Written approval from Pivot Implants is mandatory.

4. Cancellation by Pivot Implants

• In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as faculty unavailability, minimum participant threshold not met, or government restrictions), participants will receive:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer their seat to the next available batch.

💡 We are not liable for any additional expenses (travel, hotel bookings, etc.) incurred by the participant.

5. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days from the approval of the cancellation request.

6. Non-Transferability

Seats booked for a particular course are non-transferable to another participant without prior approval from Pivot Implants.
